No, I have not finished an outline for Hellhound, yes it is still happening.

What I have done materially is a very little bit of writing in the early stages of the story, prototype stuff, really, and a broad outline for the first half to three-quarters of Becky and Gabe’s part of the tale. I’m working on finishing a werewolf romance book by an author with a very different approach from mine (for a little perspective), after which I plan to read one other book recommended by my romance advisor, and re-read a couple I already know (while taking notes, which I haven’t done with them yet).

Then, I think, I will be ready to set up the skeleton of this tale. I know it’s going to be more challenging than either of the others, but I hope it won’t take as long as Closer Than Family, and I really, really hope it won’t be as frustrating to work on.

And hopefully, I won’t have to scrap my first draft this time.
