After nearly a year in editing, my first novel, Tamed Hearts, Wild Souls is on the way to publication. There has already been a lot of learning along the way, and I don’t expect that to stop any time soon. What you’re seeing here is an important step along the way–indie authors need their platforms to sell books, and while I’m writing as much for myself as anyone else, I’m not going to pretend I don’t want to sell a pile of books.

Who Are You?

I live and work in a place you’ve probably never heard of, unless you already know me. I’m fortunate to have enough free time and imagination that I can write as both a hobby and–hopefully–a source of supplementary income. I like geeky stuff like books, tabletop RPGs, science fiction, fantasy, horror movies, and the occasional visual novel.

What are You Doing Here?

I write books, so my main purpose here is to tell you about them. As I mentioned above, my first book, which I expect to be published by Halloween of this year, is called Tamed Hearts, Wild Souls, and is an urban fantasy story about werewolves, intended to be the first in a series I’m calling Silver Angels. Tamed Hearts is complete, and I’m in the process of selecting a cover designer from among some very strong candidates. While the Silver Angels stories will probably keep me occupied for a while, I’d be remiss if I discounted the possibility of branching out into other topics eventually.
